Mattress Return Policy
Just like a new pair of shoes, it can take our bodies a few days to a couple of weeks to adjust to any new mattress. We recommend sleeping on your new Joybed for at least 30 consecutive nights to fully adapt to it, and up to 120 nights to fall in love with it. That’s why 30 nights after delivery, your purchase will be eligible for a refund or exchange for up to a total of 120 nights.

If you don’t love your new mattress after the first 30 nights, please call us within 120 nights from the original date of delivery at 877-601-7035. Together, we’ll determine the next steps and provide you with solutions. The good news is you never have to ship the mattress back to us!

Option 1: Exchanging your mattress. We'll provide you the option to switch to another Joybed better suited to your comfort. If your comfort only needs a slight adjustment we can send you a topper instead. We can also offer you a mattress exchange from the huge assortment available on US-Mattress.com. We want to get you the right bed, and we do this at no charge to you! You only pay an increase in price if you choose a more expensive mattress. Please note that if you switch to a less expensive model, you will not be refunded the price difference from your original purchase. You do not have to re-box or ship your mattress back to us. We will team up with you to find a local organized charity that will welcome the new mattress donation.

Option 2: Return your mattress. You also have the choice to return your mattress. If you choose this option, there will be a $139 processing fee and your purchase will be eligible for a refund, less 10% (not to exceed $250) per the terms below.

If you return your mattress, we will do our best to ensure it doesn’t go to waste. You do not have to re-box or ship the mattress back to us. We will team up with you to find a local organized charity that will welcome the new mattress donation. We appreciate your patience during the time it can take to find a worthy second home for your mattress. Since you are more familiar with your local community, your help in identifying a charitable organization will make the process move faster. If we are unable to find a local charity, we’ll ask you to remove the law tag and mail it in.

Refunds are paid minus the fees after the charitable donation is verified with a donation receipt, the law tag is received, or the Product is received in good condition.

The Joybed 120-Night In-Home Trial is limited to 1 (one) mattress exchange or return per household/address, and it must be exercised directly with Joybed no later than the 120th night following delivery.

Exclusions: (1) If you finance your purchase and initiate a return, you'll receive a full refund from us, but we cannot refund any financing fees paid. (2) The 120 Night In-Home Trial is limited to 1 (one) mattress exchange or refund per household/address. (3) Mattresses require a minimum 30-night trial. (4) Products must be in a condition suitable for donation to be eligible for exchange or return (i.e., no damages, stains, tears, excessive odors or soiling). (5) Any additional paid delivery fees are non-refundable. (6) Refunds are available to the original purchaser for products delivered to and returned from the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. (7) Foundations are eligible for a refund only when purchased with a mattress.

Linen Return Policy
The Joybed Linen Return policy applies to the following products: Dreamin’ Vegan Topper, Dreamin’ Vegan Blanket, Dreamin’ Vegan Throw, Wool Topper, Mattress Protector, Mattress Pad, Organic Sheet Set, and Wool Pillow.

Our linen products come with a 120 night in-home trial so you can try it in the comfort of your own home and with your Joybed mattress. If you don’t love your new linen product, you can return it free of charge.

To initiate your return, please call us at 1-877-601-7035 within 120 nights from the original date of delivery. We will work with you to find a local organized charity that will welcome the donation. All linen items must be in a condition suitable for donation to be eligible for return (i.e. no damages, stains, tears, excessive odors, or soiling). Refunds are paid in full after the charitable donation is verified with a donation receipt.
