We respectfully ask that you allow enough time for your body to adjust to your new mattress to see if you’re able to sleep well and wake up fully rested. We recommend sleeping on your new Joybed for at least 30 consecutive nights to get to know your new Joybed, and up to 120 nights to fall in love with it. That’s why 30 nights after delivery, your purchase will be eligible for a refund for up to a total of 120 nights.

If you don’t love your new mattress after the first 30 nights, please call us within 120 nights from the original date of delivery at 877-601-7035 to initiate a full refund. There are no charges for restocking or return pickups. You do not have to re-box or ship the mattress back to us.

We make our best effort to ensure your mattress won’t go to waste and will team up with you to find a local organized charity that will welcome the new mattress donation. We appreciate your patience during the time it can take to find a worthy second home for your mattress. Since you’re more familiar with your local community, your help identifying a charitable organization helps the process move faster. If we cannot find a local charity, we’ll arrange for a pick up to recycle or dispose of the mattress.

Refunds are paid in full after the charitable donation is verified with a donation receipt, or the Product is received in good condition.

The Joybed 120-Night Risk-Free Trial is limited to one return per household, and it must be exercised directly with Joybed no later than the 120th night following delivery of the Product you want to be refunded.

Exclusions: (1) If you finance your purchase, you’ll receive a full refund from us, but we cannot refund any financing fees paid. (2) The risk-free trial is limited to 1 (one) mattress refund per household/address. (3) Mattresses require a minimum 30-night trial. (4) Products must be in a condition suitable for donation to be eligible for return (i.e., no damages, stains, tears, excessive odors or soiling). (5) Any additional paid delivery fees are non-refundable. (6) Refunds are available to the original purchaser for products delivered to and returned from the United States. (7) Foundations are eligible for a refund only when purchased with a mattress.
