Crafting Natural Mattresses

We designed our mattresses to breathe. With decades of experience making beds, we know how various materials work – or don’t work – in a mattress. And we also know what properties create the optimal sleep environment. That’s why we chose to use only natural materials in our mattresses; focusing our mission to create an affordable, natural bed.

We also relied on our experience to ensure quality was put into the bed, and less effective methods were avoided. The design combines all these elements to optimally produce a high quality product at a very compelling value.

When you receive your new Joybed mattress, there's a lot of pride in the design and construction in that bed. That bed has had a lot of careful attention, by a lot of people, all working toward the same goal: the creation of the premium all-natural mattress you’ll be resting on tonight.

Carried forth from early settlers, we share the same community roots of hard work, efficiency, and craftsmanship. So while we have modern technology and machines in our factory, we still rely on our team’s craftsmanship skills. Machines help make things faster and easier, but they cannot replace the expert craftsmanship of a skilled worker. Our workers have been perfecting their skills with decades of experience building beds.
