During these stressful and ever-changing times, fostering good health for our customers and our employees still stands as our top priority. We are here for you, taking active steps to ensure that you can remain confident in our company and our products during this unprecedented time.
In maintaining safe health practices, our online store is still active and available to you, our customers, while our staff is working safely from home. We are following all of the recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) closely to make sure you can get the products you love safely and quickly.
As the world and our suppliers respond to the pandemic, there are a few things you should know:
- There may be delays with your order as restrictions on factory operations and shipping are in place across the country
- Your Joybed will be delivered to your door as usual. Out of caution, we will not be offering in-home setup and removal services at this time
We are doing everything we can to help you, as well as our community. This past week, we donated 60 mattress protectors to St. Joseph Mercy Health System to help them prepare for their anticipated surge in patients.
