Soft is too hard

We purchased the LXP soft on the advise of our online salesperson...
The soft is very firm in our opinion. There were some flaws in basic craftsmanship too.
We compromised with Joybed by adding a topper. Hoping to kill two birds with one topper.
Which they graciously sent , no charge.
Hoping that would give us a layer of comfort.
Not much...We are still hopeful the bed will "break in" ? We are keeping it for now. It doesn't smell like our old bed, It is made in the USA !
Our salesperson was great.
Just wish it was a little softer for a soft!

This mattress is okay. It’s comfortable and we both slept well the first night. It’s not as supportive as we had hoped but it was a big improvement from our traditional mattress. We ended up putting the joy bed mattress in our guest room and ordering a different mattress for ourselves. Our guests gave the mattress 4 stars.

I love my Joybed!! I am getting restful sleep...finally!!! No more latex mattress for me! That also means no more hip, back or shoulder pain! I also have to say I find my new Joybed very comforting. It has a very calming smell to it, not overpowering but faint, like clean sheets off the clothes line...or a bowl of creamy oatmeal, not sure honestly.
Best purchase I have made!!

my husband and I have gone through 5 different mattresses in only 9 years. we are have not found a keeper yet. we just moved and decided the last mattress we bought had to go, so we poured over all the online mattress companies. it was a real chore and we didn't want to make another expensive mistake. we were looking for a natural mattress without toxins and something that didn't leave huge body impressions and a big lump in the middle! so far we are impressed. by the 3rd night we were sleeping comfortably. we also liked the fact that we can try out the bed for 120 days and so we felt the risk of getting stuck with another terrible mattress was low. just a quick note, we even paid over 5000 for one of our mattresses, but it didn't matter, it was the worst ever!!! So after just 10 days, we are happy and will give updates if we can!

From the first collaboration with Salesman, "Mr. Rogers", Gerry, to a perfect delivery to our home which included installation, and the aftermath of sleeping on a mattress that I did not want to leave, Joy Bed garners A 10. It has been 18 years since we replaced our mattress, While this may seem crazy, the issue is that the off-gassing of chemicals in new mattresses forced us to suffer longer, that is, until we found Joy Bed. This mattress is beautifully made and designed exactly for sleeping in opulent comfort. Any odor emitted is negligible and non-offensive.
About a week into sleeping on this God Given mattress, for the first time, today, I did not wake up in discomfort and could have stayed in bed all morning - a first. Thank you Joy Bed for the best rest I've have in 18 years.
